รายละเอียดสินค้า

• สินค้า: อลูมิเนียม 6063 (Aluminium 6063 Scrap)
• ลักษณะ: คัดแยกเกรดแล้ว เหมาะสำหรับหลอม / รีไซเคิลต่อ
• ความสะอาด: ปราศจากสิ่งปนเปื้อนขนาดใหญ่ เช่น เหล็ก, พลาสติก, ยาง, ไม้ (มีได้เล็กน้อยในเกณฑ์ที่ตกลงร่วมกัน)
• รูปแบบบรรจุ: ตามมาตรฐานโรงงาน / ตามที่ตกลง (เช่น กองกอง, มัด, ใส่ถุงจัมโบ้ ฯลฯ)
• ปริมาณสั่งซื้อขั้นต่ำ: ตามที่ตกลงในแต่ละล็อต

เงื่อนไขราคา

• ราคาซื้อขาย: อ้างอิงจากราคาใน ใบเสนอราคา (Quotation / RFQ) ที่ออกให้ลูกค้าในแต่ละรอบ
• ราคาที่เสนอเป็นราคาแบบ หน้าโรงงาน (EXW) ไม่รวมค่าขนส่งและค่าบริการรถขนส่งของลูกค้า
• ราคาอาจมีการปรับตามภาวะตลาดโลหะและอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ วันที่ลูกค้ายืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ

เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน

1. ลูกค้าส่งข้อมูลความต้องการ (เกรด, ปริมาณ, ระยะเวลารับสินค้า)
   ผ่านแบบฟอร์มขอใบเสนอราคา (RFQ) ของ GLG

   กดกรอกแบบฟอร์มขอใบเสนอราคา (RFQ) สำหรับผู้ซื้อ
   
2. เมื่อได้รับใบเสนอราคาจาก GLG และลูกค้ายืนยันเงื่อนไขเรียบร้อยแล้ว
   ลูกค้าดำเนินการ วางมัดจำล่วงหน้า ตามจำนวนที่ระบุในใบเสนอราคา
   เพื่อให้โรงงานเริ่มเตรียมสินค้า
3. GLG จัดเตรียมสินค้าอลูมิเนียม 6063 ตามปริมาณที่ตกลง และแจ้งวัน–เวลาที่พร้อมให้เข้ามาโหลดสินค้าที่โรงงาน
4. ลูกค้าจัดรถเข้ามาโหลดสินค้าที่หน้าโรงงานตามวัน–เวลาที่นัดหมาย
   ใช้น้ำหนักจริงจากเครื่องชั่งของโรงงานเป็นเกณฑ์คำนวณยอดสุทธิ
5. ลูกค้าชำระเงิน ส่วนที่เหลือเต็มจำนวน ณ วันที่โหลดสินค้า
   ก่อนนำสินค้าขึ้นรถออกจากโรงงาน (ชำระตามเงื่อนไขที่ตกลง – โอน / เงินสด / ฯลฯ)

การตรวจสอบคุณภาพและการโหลดสินค้า

• สามารถตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าได้ที่หน้าโรงงานก่อนการโหลด
• กรณีพบสิ่งปนเปื้อนหรือคุณภาพสินค้าไม่ตรงตามที่ตกลง สามารถหยุดการโหลดชั่วคราวเพื่อตรวจสอบร่วมกัน
• GLG ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับราคา หรือยกเลิกการส่งมอบ หากสเปกที่ต้องการไม่เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงเดิม

หมายเหตุ: เงื่อนไขทั้งหมดสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามข้อตกลงร่วมกัน
และจะยึดตามเอกสารใบเสนอราคาฉบับล่าสุดที่ลูกค้ายืนยันแล้วเป็นหลัก

Aluminium 6063 Sales Offer – Ex-Works (EXW – Factory)

GLG is pleased to offer Aluminium grade 6063 for recycling and remelting.
Goods are prepared according to the buyer’s requested quantity under
Ex-Works (EXW) – Factory terms, where the buyer arranges their own truck
to collect the goods at our factory.

Product Details

• Product: Aluminium 6063 Scrap
• Condition: Sorted and separated, suitable for smelting / recycling
• Cleanliness: Free from major contamination such as steel, plastic, rubber, wood, etc.
  (Minor impurities within the mutually agreed tolerance)
• Packing: As per factory standard / as mutually agreed (loose, bundled, jumbo bags, etc.)
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): To be agreed per lot

Price Conditions

• Sales price is based on the official Quotation / RFQ issued by GLG for each transaction.
• All prices are quoted on an EXW – Factory basis, exclusive of transportation and any trucking cost.
• Prices may be adjusted according to metal market conditions and FX rate on the date of final order confirmation.

Payment Terms

1. Buyer submits purchase requirements (grade, quantity, timeframe) via GLG’s RFQ form.

2. After receiving GLG’s quotation and confirming all commercial terms,
   the buyer pays a deposit in advance, as specified in the quotation,
   for GLG to proceed with goods preparation.
3. GLG prepares the Aluminium 6063 according to the agreed quantity
   and informs the buyer of the available loading date and time at the factory.
4. The buyer arranges their own truck to load the material at the factory on the agreed schedule.
   Final quantity will be based on the actual weight on the factory scale.
5. The buyer settles the remaining balance in full on the loading day
   (based on actual scale weight) before the goods leave the factory,
   using the payment method agreed in advance (bank transfer / cash / etc.).

Quality Check & Loading

• Buyer may inspect the material quality at the factory prior to loading.
• If contamination or off-spec material is found,
  GLG and the buyer will jointly inspect and may temporarily stop loading until the issue is clarified.
• GLG reserves the right to adjust the price or cancel delivery
  if the final specification requested cannot be matched under the original agreed terms.

Note: All terms and conditions are subject to mutual agreement and
will be finally governed by the latest confirmed quotation / purchase contract issued by GLG.
