1. การชำระเงิน: ชำระผ่าน L/C (Letter of Credit) 100% เงื่อนไข FOB ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง หรือ หน้าคลังสินค้า GLG
2. ประเภทสินค้า: สินค้าเป็นแบบพรีออเดอร์ ผลิตและจัดเตรียมตามคำสั่งซื้อ
3. การเข้าดูเหมืองหรือสถานที่จัดเก็บสินค้า:
    • หากลูกค้าต้องการเข้าตรวจสอบเหมืองหรือสถานที่จัดเก็บสินค้าก่อนเริ่มการผลิตและจัดส่ง
    • ลูกค้าต้องทำสัญญาจองล่วงหน้าเป็นจำนวนเงิน 100,000 บาท
4. เงื่อนไขหลังการตรวจสอบสินค้า:
    • หากตรวจสอบแล้วสินค้าตรงตามที่ตกลงไว้ ลูกค้าต้องออก L/C สำหรับยอดชำระทั้งหมด โดยจะหักเงินจอง 100,000 บาท ออกจากยอดรวม
    • หากตรวจสอบแล้วสินค้าตรงตามที่ตกลงไว้ แต่ลูกค้าตัดสินใจไม่ซื้อ สัญญาจอง 100,000 บาท จะถูกยึดเป็นค่าเสียเวลาและค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น

1. Payment Terms: Payment via 100% L/C (Letter of Credit), FOB Laem Chabang Port or at GLG warehouse.
2. Product Type: Pre-order basis; products are manufactured and prepared according to customer orders.
3. Mine or Warehouse Inspection:
    • If the customer wishes to inspect the mine or warehouse before production and shipment,
    • The customer must sign a reservation agreement and pay a reservation fee of THB 100,000.
4. Post-Inspection Conditions:
    • If, after inspection, the products match the agreed specifications, the customer must issue an L/C for the total payment amount, deducting the THB 100,000 reservation fee from the total.
    • If, after inspection, the products match the agreed specifications but the customer decides not to purchase, the THB 100,000 reservation fee will be forfeited as compensation for time and incurred expenses.
